What to expect from my first order?
On your scheduled pick-up date, simply set your order out in plain sight by 8:00 a.m. to ensure pick-up. You will receive a reminder text the night before and when your driver is on the way! Expect your order to be picked up between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Reminder to check your pockets. While we do check all pockets, King Spin is not responsible for these items or damaged caused by them, including headphones, chapstick, pens, etc.
If this is your first pick-up, place laundry in a disposable bag outside your door. You do not need to separate lights from darks, we’ll take care of that! Please place delicates in a separate bag and label it Delicates. It will be returned in a delicates bag for future pickups. Garments you want dry cleaned or laundered & pressed, and returned on a hanger, should be placed in a bag labeled Dry Cleaning. We will separate the items in this bag to be dry cleaned or laundered & pressed. If you are a returning customer, please use the provided King Spin bags. If you have more laundry than bags, place additional laundry in a disposable bag.
When should I expect my laundry to be returned?
Pickups scheduled Monday – Thursday are delivered within 24-48 hours. Friday pick-ups are delivered on Monday. Next-day service is available for an additional $10.
How often do most people use King Spin?
Most families use King Spin weekly, allowing them to get their clothes on a predictable rotation of about 1-2 bags per week. However, this is not a one-size-fits-all service. Some people like to let their laundry pile up, meaning they only schedule one big pick-up per month. Select the frequency that most suits you and your laundry needs!
What makes us different?
Many other online laundry services use a network of local people to pick up your laundry then wash and dry it in their homes. We simply don’t do that. Our commercial laundry facility is located here in OKC where we use our own high-quality commercial grade washers and dryers. We hire full-time W-2 employees that love laundry so you don’t have to.
